All this bs ass talk about the bystander effect sorry but i'm not fucking buying it! How can someone, no better yet a group of people see wrong being done in their presence and just freeze up and do nothing about it. You would think the more people who witness something unjust occuring, means the MORE people that will come to offer a helping hand no matter what the case may be. Yet history has proven otherwise, it's sad really and just down right disgusting especially in situations like these.
