With June just around the corner, we here at ATA are excited for two things... the NBA finals where losing happens... and Drake's thank me later album. Say what you may about him, (I myself hated the dude previously), but he is currently tearing shows down, and above all... shutting up everyone saying hip hop is dead... which I feel is a WIN for any hip-hop lover. I can understand if you feel different... but as of late he seems more like what Eminem would've been had he grown up in a good neighborhood. Drake just lets you in to his life in his songs, and to be honest very few rappers do that today... and I guess thats why the fans love him so much. As far as album covers go... Terrible...

Celtics posts will account for 70% of the blogs you'll see here come the finals in June lol. Many were proven wrong up until this point, a few of those being the staff over @ our brother site DANKLA. Most notably Crackman, who's Cavs had to pack it up early and call it a quits in the playoffs. Yeah i said called it a quits, because by the way Lebron was playing in the last few games you could tell he already given up and submitted to the almighty Celtics! hahahahaha..Even here at home, my fellow ATA staff members were talking big shit all season long about how we wouldnt make any noise. Even the two M.I.A former members who got the boot, we're apart of that bs talk. Yet, out of the two active muthafuckas (Knahs, and Russs) only Russs was willing to bet on the stakes. Just like Crackman he failed in predicting the outcome of the Celtics & Cavs series, and because of that he had to pay the price of our bet which consited of an x amount of kush. Forunate enough for him he realized 4 things 1. We are way to fucking focused..2. Our players are healthy...3.the Big FOUR are fucking beasts, RONDO ESPECIALLY...4.We are the Boston Celtics!, before it was to late and he made a definite double or nothing bet in the current series with Orlando. Who we are up 3-1 on and will knock out, ensuring our trip to the NBA finals, next game. Good Looking on my winnings though Russs. Like i said before, props on the smart decision of not betting against us again. I see you have learned your lesson, so i guess u can call me a good professor? lmao..CELTICS IN 010 people!!!! i've been yelling it at the very start of the season and i'll continue to up until the award ceremony, when the deserving players are given the championship trophy and the world witnesses this again.

For all of you who are wondering wdf has happened to my Celtics pride and why haven't I been flooding this fucking blog with Celtics related posts?! Rest assure, my feelings towards the best team in the NBA have not changed one bit! As far as flooding the blog with related posts go, it's just not the right time yet. Sure i can talk about how they've overcome many adversities, from being ruled out because of age, health, and many thinking their just not championship worthy. Sure we didnt end the regular season with the right placement in the East(#1) or with atleast a deserving record. Whatever the case may be, the reality of the situation is we're well on our way on a first class flight back to the NBA finals to take another championship! To those of you who hated all season(whether it was homies, or just CELTICS haters in general) a BIG heart felt FUCK YOU is in order :). Sorry Lebron for getting smashed on by simply a better and more experienced team; and sorry for Delonte West smashing your UGLY ASS MOMMA! Now really Delonte wdf were u thinking? I don't give a fuck what substance you were off of. There is NO SUBSTANCE known to man that can cause such a stupid decision to come about. I was raised to respect my elders, and to have appreciation for all the parents out there, but truthfully speaking Gloria James is UGLY AS FUCK!! Not only does she not portray any MILF characteristics whatsoever, but your an NBA player for god sakes so that's just a huge FAIL no matter how you look at it. You have beautiful women throwing themselves at you on a regular basis, and you settle for the old ugly mother of the best player on your team? The sole reason why you and your team have come so far. LMFAO..late in the 3rd quarter, in yesterday's game 4 against the Orlando Magic Big Baby Davis made a shot to bring the Celtics within 1 point of making the score even. How did he celebrate you ask? By attempting to lick his nose as he paced back down the court! hahahaha this is why Glen "Big Baby" Davis, is IMO one of the funniest players in the NBA. To top it all off , you know the "people of the internet" lol, had to make a funny gif in light of the unusual celebratory act.. so here it is.

Eminem's "Not Afraid," the first single from his upcoming album Recovery, enters the Hot billboard 100 at #1. It's the first song to debut in the top spot since Britney Spears' "3" did it in October. It's only the second rap song ever to debut at #1, following "I'll Be Missing You" by Puff Daddy & Faith Evans (featuring 112) in 1997. "Not Afraid" is Eminem's third #1 on the Hot 100, following "Lose Yourself," his Oscar-winning smash from 8 Mile, and "Crack A Bottle," his all-star collaboration with Dr. Dre and 50 Cent.
congrats to Eminem..theres no denying that, thats a huge accomplishment. Especially in a time when hip hop is considered to be "dead" lol. Even though I personally dont like this track at all, i'm just happy he's still doing big things in the name of the genre. Decide for yourself whether you feel this track is up to par to be a #1.
