Theres like at least 100+ bike racks that students at SMC can lock there bikes too. This dumbass decided to lock his bike to the rail in front of the school library so SMC cops decide to chain this bitch up over his bike lock and leave him a note hahha. I thought id share the laughter of my day with you although it might be wrong.
